We use your information to: provide and maintain the Service; process transactions via Stripe; display your public profile; send notifications about purchases and interactions; improve the Service; prevent fraud and abuse.
3. Information Sharing
We do not sell your personal information. We share data only with: Stripe (payment processing); Firebase/Google Cloud (hosting and database); and as required by law. Your public profile (username, display name, bio, avatar, products) is visible to all users.
4. Data Security
We implement security measures including: encrypted data transmission (HTTPS/TLS); Firebase Authentication for account security; server-side validation of all transactions; signed URLs for file downloads with automatic expiration. Sensitive data (email, financial information) is never exposed to other users.
5. Cookies and Tracking
We use localStorage for theme and language preferences. We do not use third-party tracking cookies. Firebase Authentication uses session storage for authentication tokens. No advertising trackers are present on the platform.
6. Your Rights
You have the right to: access your personal data; correct inaccurate data; delete your account and associated data; export your data; withdraw consent for data processing. To exercise these rights, contact us through the platform.
7. Data Retention
We retain your data for as long as your account is active. Purchase records are retained for legal and financial compliance purposes. You may request deletion of your account at any time, after which personal data will be removed within 30 days.
8. International Users
The Service is hosted on globally distributed infrastructure (Vercel and Google Cloud). By using the Service, you consent to the transfer of your data to these providers. We comply with applicable data protection regulations including GDPR for European users.
9. Children
The Service is not intended for users under 13 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

We may update this policy at any time. We will notify users of material changes via the platform. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
