1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using myClaude Marketplace ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

myClaude is a marketplace for digital assets related to the Claude Code ecosystem, including but not limited to: skills, squads, agents, workflows, design systems, prompts, CLAUDE.md files, and applications. Users can publish, discover, and purchase digital products.

3. User Accounts

You must create an account to publish or purchase products. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must not share your account with others or create multiple accounts.

4. Seller Terms

Sellers must connect a Stripe account to receive payments. A platform fee of 8% is deducted from each sale. Sellers are responsible for the quality and legality of their products. Products must not contain malware, violate intellectual property rights, or include harmful content.

5. Buyer Terms

All sales are final. Digital products are non-refundable unless the product is materially different from its description. Buyers receive a license to use purchased products according to the license specified by the seller.

6. Prohibited Content

You may not publish products that: contain malware or malicious code; infringe on intellectual property rights; contain illegal content; impersonate other users or entities; are misleading or fraudulent; contain personal data of third parties without consent.

7. Intellectual Property

Sellers retain ownership of their products. By publishing, sellers grant myClaude a non-exclusive license to display, distribute, and promote the product within the marketplace. Buyers receive usage rights as specified by the product license.

8. Limitation of Liability

myClaude is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from the use of the Service, including but not limited to: product quality, data loss, or unauthorized access to your account.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. Users may delete their account at any time. Published products may be removed if they violate our policies.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms. We will notify users of material changes via the platform.
