What data MyClaude collects, how it is used, which third parties receive it, and your rights as a user.
MyClaude collects only the data necessary to operate the marketplace. We do not sell your data to third parties.

Data We Collect
Account data
When you create a MyClaude account, Firebase Authentication collects:

Payment data
MyClaude does not store card numbers, CVVs, or raw payment credentials. Payment processing is handled entirely by Stripe.
When you make a purchase, we store:

We do not use your data for advertising, behavioral tracking, or data brokering.
Third Parties
We share data with the following third parties only as necessary to operate the platform:

Firebase (Google) may process data in data centers outside your country. Google operates under Standard Contractual Clauses for international data transfers.
We do not share your data with any other third party without your explicit consent, except where required by law.
Data Retention

After account deletion, your public profile and display name are removed. Order records are retained for the legally required period with your personal data replaced by an anonymized identifier where possible.
Cookies
MyClaude uses cookies only for:

We respond to rights requests within 30 days.
EU/EEA residents have rights under GDPR. California residents have rights under CCPA. We honor these rights regardless of your location.
