Terms of Service

The terms governing your use of MyClaude marketplace as a buyer, creator, or visitor.

These terms govern your use of MyClaude. By creating an account or using the platform, you agree to them.

Effective date: 2026-03-25

1. Acceptance

By accessing myclaude.sh or using the MyClaude CLI, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use MyClaude.

These terms form a binding agreement between you and MyClaude. "You" refers to any person or entity using the platform, whether as a buyer, creator, or visitor.

2. Accounts

You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at security@myclaude.sh if you suspect unauthorized access.

3. Marketplace Use

MyClaude is a marketplace platform. We connect creators who publish products with buyers who install them. We are not a party to transactions between creators and buyers.

Buyers may:

  • Browse, search, and install free products without an account
  • Purchase paid products using Stripe-processed payment
  • Download purchased products for their own use

Buyers may not:

  • Resell, redistribute, or sublicense products they have purchased
  • Reverse engineer products to extract and republish them
  • Share account credentials to give others access to purchased products

Creators may:

  • Publish products in any of the 8 supported categories
  • Set prices freely (including free)
  • Update, version, and unpublish their products

Creators must:

  • Comply with the Content Policy
  • Accurately represent their products' functionality, category, and capabilities
  • Hold the rights to all content they publish

4. Creator Obligations

Creators are independent parties. MyClaude does not employ creators and does not control the content they produce beyond policy enforcement.

5. Buyer Rights

All purchases are final unless the product materially fails to function as described. Refund requests should be directed to the creator first. If a creator does not respond within 7 days, contact support@myclaude.sh.

MyClaude reserves the right to issue refunds and recover platform fees in cases of confirmed fraud or content policy violation.

6. Payments

Payments are processed by Stripe. By making a purchase, you agree to Stripe's terms of service in addition to these terms.

MyClaude does not store card numbers or payment credentials. All payment data is handled by Stripe (PCI DSS Level 1 certified).

7. Intellectual Property

Your content: You retain all intellectual property rights to the products you publish. By publishing on MyClaude, you grant MyClaude a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display, distribute, and market your product listing on the platform.

MyClaude's content: The MyClaude platform, brand, and documentation are owned by MyClaude. You may not use our trademarks, logos, or branding without written permission.

Infringement: If you believe a product on MyClaude infringes your intellectual property, contact us at legal@myclaude.sh with a description of the claimed infringement and your contact information.

8. Limitation of Liability

MyClaude is provided "as is." To the maximum extent permitted by law:

  • MyClaude makes no warranties, express or implied, about the platform or any product listed on it
  • MyClaude is not liable for the actions of creators or the content of their products
  • MyClaude's total liability to you for any claim is limited to the amount you paid to MyClaude in the 12 months preceding the claim
  • MyClaude is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

Products listed on MyClaude are created by independent third parties. MyClaude reviews products for policy compliance but does not guarantee their fitness for any particular purpose.

9. Termination

MyClaude may suspend or terminate your account for:

  • Violation of these terms or the Content Policy
  • Fraudulent activity
  • Chargebacks determined to be abusive
  • Any reason, with or without notice, at our discretion

You may delete your account at any time from account settings. Deletion removes your profile and unpublishes your products. Completed transaction records are retained as required by law.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms. We will notify you of material changes via email or prominent notice on the platform at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
